CLEVELAND — Eat'n Park announced Thursday it's closing five locations in Northeast Ohio come February.

The restaurant is closing the following locations on Sunday, Feb. 17:

  • 8051 Market St, Boardman, OH 44512
  • 6035 Som Center Road, Willoughby, OH 44094
  • 200 Howe Ave, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221
  • 1007 N. Court St., Medina, OH 44256
  • 7061 Chillicothe Road, Mentor, OH 44060

Eat'n Park will continue to operate locations in Austintown, Warren, Steubenville and St. Clairsville.

“Although this decision makes sense from a business perspective, it is always difficult to part with team members who shared their loyalty and talents with us,” said Mercy Senchur, COO of Eat’n Park Restaurants. “We are grateful to them.”

Employees at the five closing locations have been offered a transfer to another location or the choice to receive a severance.

The company said it's expanding its new Hello Bistro salad and burger concept in the Cleveland area, including the recent opening of a Beachwood Mall location and a second one at Summit Mall in Fairlawn.
