Adoption fees at the Ashtabula County Animal Protective League are reduced for cats for the remainder of the month.
According to the shelter, they are busting at the seams with feline friends.
Until Oct. 31, adoption fees for kittens will be $50 and cats will be $25.
The shelter is located at 5970 Green Road in Ashtabula.
