Cleveland Heights man dies after shooting in CLE

A 24-year-old Cleveland man who was shot in Cleveland Heights Tuesday died after police found him in a vehicle in a parking lot at 2212 Noble Road, according to Cleveland Heights police.

Officers say they had responded to a report of shots fired at around 2:28 p.m. when they found Dejon D. Forbes with an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to University Hospital, but he died shortly afterward.
 
A second victim with a gunshot wound to the hip showed up at the hospital a short time later and was treated and released.
