The Third District Detective Bureau of the Cleveland Police Division has found the victim from an abduction from January 12 at 3608 Woodland Avenue in good health.

A store clerk reported to police that a woman entered the store and was crying. She proceeded to ask to use the phone, and while the victim was on the phone, a man entered the store, grabbed her and picked her up and took her outside.

Video obtained from the store shows the woman arrived at the store in the suspect's vehicle. A short time later, the suspect enters the store and carries her outside. The suspect is seen throwing her into the passenger side front seat before leaving the parking lot.

According to police, detectives responded to an address in Cleveland Heights later Tuesday afternoon to speak to a woman who contacted police in regards to the investigation. She was identified as the victim and is in good health. Police say the victim told them that she and the suspect have children together. Detectives will continue to investigate and confer with the Domestic Violence Unit when proceeding. Police say the investigation is still in its early stages.

On Wednesday, police issued a warrant for the man, who has been identified as Rosco Hilliard Jr.
