AKRON, Ohio — The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office and the Akron Police Department are investigating after a 43-year-old man was shot and killed outside a bar early Sunday morning.
Shortly after midnight, a 43-year-old man was at the Northside Tavern on North Howard Street when he walked outside and was involved in a fight, according to police.
The 43-year-old man was shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at 12:49 a.m.
Once positive identification has been made, authorities will give an update.
