Several creepy couples tied the knot in spooky style Wednesday with Halloween-themed wedding ceremonies at the Akron Civic Theatre.
Judge Nicole Walker performed the weddings from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m. at the theater. Twenty couples were married on Halloween in 2017, and the event’s success inspired the Akron Municipal Court to offer weddings on Halloween once again in 2018.
