Fairlawn: Bombay Grill is moving into the space formerly occupied by Sweet Pea Cafe, a breakfast-and-lunch place that closed at the end of last year.

Fresh bread: Fresh-baked loaves are available from Breads of Fairlawn, the refashioned former Breadsmith that is just a little west of West Point, as well as Brimfield Bread Oven and Sarah Jane’s bakery in Munroe Falls.

New space, new options: The new retail and apartment building on West Market Street in Akron’s Highland Square neighborhood is close to opening. This will mean the shuffling of a few popular eateries when the building at 795 W. Market Street opens for business. Read more: New retail/apartment building planned for Highland Square
