Man indicted for shooting death of Akron pizza store employee during 2015 robbery

A Summit County Grand Jury has indicted a man who was charged last July in connection with the death of a 21-year-old man he allegedly shot during a robbery inside his family's pizza shop in Akron.

Shaquille Anderson, 24, was charged with aggravated murder, murder, aggravated robbery and having weapons under disability. The charges come with violent career criminal specifications, according to the prosecutor's office.

Authorities say Anderson allegedly shot and killed Zak Husein inside Premium New York Style Pizza, 380 East Glenwood Ave., on Dec. 7, 2015. Anderson allegedly entered the store wearing a mask, demanded money from Husein and then shot him after receiving the money.

Anderson is scheduled to appear in court on June 13.
