A 47-year-old Akron man has been arrested under suspicion of felonious assault.
Akron police said Stacey Lopez Barrow, 46, had sex with a woman in April and then told her he was HIV-positive.
Police said Barrow turned himself in on Wednesday morning. He was booked into the Summit County Jail, police said.
