The suspect wanted in connection to a fatal shooting at a Valentine's Day party in Akron is now in custody.
According to court documents, 31-year-old Antoine C. Bennett had his arraignment in court Friday.
Officials say Antoine 'Bird' Bennett was at a house party on North Howard Street on Feb. 14 when a fight broke out. He allegedly shot and killed Gabriel Rios.
Police say Bennett had been on the run ever since.
He is now being held on $1 million bond.
