SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio — A car crashed into a gas line on Mayfield Road Wednesday morning, and police have asked the public to avoid the area while crews respond to the gas leak.
The crash took place around 8:30 a.m. Police say no one was injured following the collision.
Chagrin Valley Dispatch is asking the public to avoid these intersections due to the reported gas leak:
- Mayfield Road and Warrensville Center Road heading eastbound
- Holmden Road and Buxton Road
- Herold Road and Warrensville Center Road
- Mayfield Road at Brantly Road and Winston Road/Plainfield Road
- Winston Road/Plainfield Road at Ardmore Road
Emergency crews are in the area while the gas company works to fix the issue, according to Chagrin Valley Dispatch.
