Cleveland EMS said a man in his 20s was transported to the hospital after a shooting inside the Frozen Daiquiri Bar and Restaurant.
The shooting happened in the Gateway District near Bolivar Road and East 7th Street around 12:30 a.m.
Police said they were called to the bar due to a large amount of parking violations when they heard gunshots.
According to police, the man was found inside the bar with a gunshot wound to his leg.
The man was transported to the hospital in an unknown condition.
According to police, a 31-year-old was also grazed by a bullet and drove to the hospital for treatment.
Cleveland Police did not say what led to the shooting.
No arrests have been made.
