An 18-year-old man was pronounced dead after being found with cuts to his torso Monday.
Cleveland police responded to the 3200 block of West 44th Street around 1:40 p.m.
Witnesses and neighbors told police they heard a disturbance inside a home and then found the victim outside and unresponsive with injuries to his torso.
Police say two men were seen running from the scene.
The victim was identified as 18-year-old Caleb Rivera, according to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office.
Rivera's family have set up a GoFundMe account to help pay for funeral expenses.
The incident is still under investigation.
