CLEVELAND — UPDATE: The mother has been found.

Cleveland police are attempting to locate the guardians of a 3-year-old girl they found wandering the streets.
She was found at East 124th Street and Locke Avenue by police.
She was not wearing any winter clothing when she was found.
She was taken to the hospital for examination and then released.
She is currently with social workers of the Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services.
