CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating a fatal shooting.
The shooting happened Wednesday night in the 700 block of East 95th Street.
Police said they found a 32-year-old woman with multiple gunshot wounds to the head.
According to police, the woman was at the Stop Shop on St. Clair Avenue when a man stole her cell phone after she placed it down on the counter.
She chased after him and he shot her in the head, according to police.
She was transported to University Hospital, where she later died.
No arrests have been made.
