CLEVELAND — The ATV driver who led troopers on a chase on I-480 last week has been identified and cited, thank to tips from the community who watched video of the chase.

Albert Kelley, 30, of Cleveland was charged with misdemeanor failure to comply and operating an ATV on a public highway.

On March 20, a trooper attempted to stop Kelley as he merged onto I-480 West riding a green Kawaski ATV.

Kelley continued to ride, leading troopers on a brief pursuit that ended near Robinson Jones Elementary School on West 150th Street.

Troopers said they received information from the "See Something, Say Something" application to identify Kelley.

Kelley voluntarily turned himself in to troopers and confessed to being involved in the incident.

He is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday, April 3.
