CLEVELAND — A 47-year-old man has died after a crash near Steelyard.
The crash happened Tuesday on Interstate 71 northbound's exit ramp towards West 14th Street.
Police said the man suffered from a possible medical condition and drove his 2011 Kia off the left side of the ramp, before striking the guardrail.
He was transported to Metro Hospital, where he later died.
