CLEVELAND — A 68-year-old man was hospitalized Thursday after being shot by robbers at his North Collinwood home.
The shooting happened in the 1200 block of East 172nd Street.
Authorities say the victim received a phone call regarding two men breaking into his home. The victim then went with another man to the residence. They were confronted by two unknown men inside.
The 68-year-old man was kicked down the stairs and shot multiple times, authorities said.
EMS transported the man to University Hospitals in stable condition.
The suspects are still at-large.
