A 75-year-old woman was robbed in a church parking lot in Cleveland's Collinwood neighborhood on Monday, according to a police report.
The woman had just arrived at St. Mary's Church, 15519 Holmes Ave., when she spotted an unknown man walking through the parking lot to cut through the nearby alleys, the report said.
The woman got out of her car and started walking to the church's entrance when the man approached her, grabbed her purse and then ran off towards Saranac Road, according to the report.
A surveillance camera captured footage of the incident. The man is described as a black male in his 20s, weighing around 160 pounds, the report said.
