2 arrested for E. CLE murder of Diamond Russell

East Cleveland police confirmed on Friday Alonzo J. Patterson and Dontez D. Long, wanted for the murder of Diamond Russell, were arrested and in the custody of Cleveland police's Third District. 

Police said 19-year-old Alonzo J. Patterson and 22-year-old Dontez D. Long are both wanted for aggravated murder.

Diamond Russell, 19, was found unresponsive around 11:43 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Euclid and Superior avenues. He was transported to University Hospital where he later died.
