Two people, including a minor, were arrested after an attempted smash and grab at a Cleveland Walgreens early Friday.

According to police, a van was rammed into the storefront of the Walgreens at Bellaire Road and West 130th Street around 5 a.m.

Four men entered the store but then ran out without grabbing anything, police said.

A short time later, officers saw two people possibly matching the description of the suspects running in the area of the Leeila Avenue CMHA apartments.

Police arrest the 25-year-old man and 17-year-old teen in connection to the break in.

newsnet5.com's Mike Vielhaber found a running van smashed into a parked car nearby. Police have not said whether that was the vehicle used in the crash.
