CLEVELAND — A rally to "defund" the Cleveland Police Department was held on the Fourth of July.

You can video from the rally below. Warning: Strong language was used during the event.

The event was presented by Black Lives Matter Cleveland in support of reallocating funds from the Cleveland Police Department into the community.

Beginning at Luke Easter Park, Black Lives Matter Cleveland shared future plans for change and held a conversation about what "defunding" the police would look like in Cleveland. Demonstrators then marched to the BLM mural in Cleveland.
