Cleveland man named 'Fugitive of the Week,' reward offered for tips leading to capture

A 24-year-old Cleveland man has been named the Fugitive of the Week by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Taskforce.

Authorities are offering a reward for information leading to the capture of Randy Cottingham.

Cottingham is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority on aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and felonious assault charges.

He was last known to reside on the 2800 block of East 126th Street, Cleveland.

Authorities said Cottingham should be considered armed and dangerous.
