CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating a fatal shooting on the city's East Side.
The shooting happened around 5:20 p.m. in the 16000 block of Harvard Avenue.
A 28-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound inside his vehicle and transported to University Hospital, where he later died.
It is unknown if any arrests have been made.
The homicide remains under investigation.
