CLEVELAND — There were three shootings in Cleveland in a span of two hours Friday night and Saturday morning.
The first shooting happened Friday around 11:45 p.m. in the 600 block of East 102nd Street. Authorities said a 35-year-old man was shot in the head and chest. A second victim, a 44-year-old woman, was shot in the arm.
Both victims were transported to University Hospitals for treatment. Their conditions are unknown.
The second shooting happened Saturday around 12:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of East 79th Street. According to authorities, a 38-year-old man was shot in both legs. He was taken to a nearby hospital and his condition is unknown.
Around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, police responded to the Parma Medical Center for a gunshot wound victim. Authorities said that the man was shot near West 106th Street and Western Avenue. He was dropped off at the hospital by a private car.
Authorities have not released any suspect information.
The shootings are under investigation.
