Cleveland police looking for homicide suspect with street name 'Jaydo'

CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Police Department has identified a suspect wanted for the homicide of a 44-year-old man who was shot on the city’s West Side last month.

According to police, the suspect goes by the street name “Jaydo” and has ties to neighborhoods near Denison Avenue, West 28th Street, Detroit Road and West 117th Street.

The shooting happened on April 9 just before midnight in the 11000 block of Fortune Avenue.

The victim, 44-year-old Albert Lee Crenshaw, was shot while sitting in a car. He was taken to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead, authorities said.

Anyone with information regarding Jaydo’s identity is asked to call police detectives at 216-623-5464.
