Police are searching for a man seen leaving a parking lot at a business at East 25th Street and Payne Avenue.
Witnesses at the scene told police they saw the man break in to a number of cars.
NewsChannel 5 cameras were rolling when the man jumped over a fence in an attempt to get away from police.
Police are asking any who may be able to identify the suspect to call the Cleveland Police Department.
