DECATUR, Ga. — Cleveland rapper Q Money has been arrested after allegedly killing a fellow rapper from Cleveland in Georgia on Monday, according to ABC affiliate WSB.

Police in Decatur, Georgia received a call on Monday about a person shot, according to a police report.

The report states that when police arrived, they found an unresponsive man with a gunshot wound to the head.

A witness inside the home told police that he heard a gunshot and ran downstairs to find Qamar Williams, known as Q Money, with a gun in his hand, according to a police report.

Authorities have not released the victim's identity, but said he was an "up and coming" Cleveland rapper who knew Williams.

Last year, a man was fatally shot outside a Cleveland bar where Williams was filming a music video. Authorities arrested a suspect in that shooting, but charges were later dismissed against him.
