As the weather turns cooler.
Construction equipment replaces swimmers at Edgewater Beach.
The old beach house and restrooms have already been removed.
A 12,000 square foot, two level beach house will be built.
It will house a 75 seat diner, souvenir shop and a store for beach necessities.
The pier will also be expanded, and other improvements will be made to Edgewater Park like a kids play area.
Edgewater already has great views, now the beach and park are about to undergo major improvements.
Construction is expected to be finished by next summer.
