A decomposing body was found in a vacant house on Cleveland's east side Friday.
According to Cleveland police, the dead body was found in a home on East 141st Street.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office identified the body as 55-year-old Jeffrey Casey.
No other information was released.
