CLEVELAND — The most beautiful rainbow popped up over Cleveland Thursday morning. Making it even more beautiful were the pink and purple hues in the sky.
Jon Rudder in AirTracker 5 caught a glimpse of the rainbow as he headed back towards downtown Cleveland.
