A teen was hit by a car and killed while riding a dirt bike on Cleveland's east side Monday evening.
The crash happened in the area of East 93rd Street and Raymond Avenue around 6:45 p.m.
Police at the scene told News 5 the boy was hit by a car and then run over by another vehicle. He was taken to University Hospitals where he was pronounced dead.
Officials say it was not a hit-and-run.
A plan was just passed by Cleveland City Council to build a multi-million dollar dirt bike track to try to get riders off the roads.
