Cleveland police have identified the victim of a fatal hit-skip incident in the 600 block of East 127th Street Wednesday night.
Darnell Jones, 31, was identified as the victim, police reported. He was found dead on the ground at 638 E. 127th St.
Officials said the incident is being investigated as a suspected homicide.
No further information was released.
