CLEVELAND — Twenty years after the 9/11 attacks, the Flags for Honor display at Edgewater Park pays tribute to the victims.
On Thursday, the FBI Cleveland Citizens Academy Alumni Association placed 400 flags around the park.
This is the second year that the flags were placed at the park.
