News 5's overnight photographer captured a person breaking a car window at a Cleveland State University apartment complex parking lot next to the Board of Elections.
Cleveland State Police were called but the group was gone before they arrived.
The incident happened around 4 a.m.
The owner of the Toyota Corolla said nothing was taken from her vehicle.
