Herdman, Mayor Frank Jackson, Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish, Cleveland FBI SAC Eric Smith, Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams, and Jonathan McPherson, the SAC for the Ohio ATF will be speaking at the Cleveland Division of the FBI.

The mayor and police chief stood by their claims that out-of-state agitators led to some of the violence in Downtown Cleveland Saturday night, in spite of records showing everyone booked into Cuyahoga County Jail listed an Ohio address.

"In terms of the booking sheet and where people gave as their addresses, we think some of those addresses may not have been reflective of where they really live," said Jackson during a telephone interview Tuesday. "But I'm pretty sure many of those who were released on a personal bond probably will not show up for court, you won't be able to find them because you don't have their information. They gave another address.”

Cleveland council members and business owners have also raised concerns about the police’s planning and response to the demonstrations over the weekend.

"When you have an entire street--Euclid Avenue and East 4th--that have been really smashed up pretty bad--clearly something happened or didn't happen that was supposed to when it comes to how we organized our law enforcement response that day," said Ward 3 Councilman Kerry McCormack.
