A man was struck and killed in a hit and run on Thursday night.
The incident happened around 7:15 p.m. on Superior Avenue and East Boulevard in Cleveland. Cleveland police say a 60-year-old man was struck by a vehicle and died at the scene.
Commuters are advised to avoid the area.
