A 29-year-old man was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head in the parking lot of Steelyard Commons Friday afternoon.
The man, later identified by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's office as Timothy L. Settles, was found dead in a vehicle near Burlington.
Police say the suspect fled the scene.
The Cleveland Police Homicide Unit was notified.
