Authorities are investigating after a 26-year-old man was found fatally shot on a tree lawn in Cleveland on Saturday morning.
The victim has not been identified.
Around 8 a.m. police located the victim in the 3200 block of West 82nd Street. Officers provided the man with medical attention until EMS arrived and transported him to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
According to officers on the scene, the victim was assaulted by several individuals.
Authorities haven't named any suspects in connection with the shooting.
