The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has identified the man who was fatally shot in the head on Cleveland's west side over the weekend.
William A. Everett, 59, was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center after a shooting on Colgate Avenue Sunday morning.
He was pronounced dead a short time later.
The Cleveland police homicide unit is investigating.
