The man wanted in connection with a double homicide at an upscale apartment building in the Warehouse District in January was arrested in Michigan over the weekend.

The U.S. Marshals confirmed James Antonio Johnson, 29, was arrested on Sept. 10. He will be extradited back to Ohio to face charges out of Cleveland Municipal Court.

Police say Johnson and another man barged their way into The Archer apartment complex on Jan. 21, robbing four people before opening fire.

Rasheed Bandy, 35, and Brandon James, 27, died in the shooting.

An arrest report was issued for Johnson on an aggravated murder charge in February.

Cuyahoga County court records show Johnson was convicted of aggravated robbery and kidnapping in 2007. One year later, he was found guilty of conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.
