Michael Symon has finally announced when his next restaurant will open.
Mabel's BBQ will open April 11, the celebrity chef announced on Facebook.
The restaurant, which will be located next to Lola on East 4th Street, will be open for weekday lunch and dinner nightly.
According to Symon, guests will be seated first come, first served the day of the opening.

Later this year, chef Michael Symon will open Mabel's BBQ, a Cleveland-style barbecue restaurant. Joining his existing family of restaurants throughout the Midwest, Mabel's will neighbor Lola Bistro on East 4th Street in Symon's hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. Inspired by his respect and passion for regional barbecue across the USA, Symon's goal is to create a style that Clevelanders can call their own. Symon's BBQ will be smoked low and slow using the applewood, which is prevalent throughout the region. Open for weekday lunch and dinner nightly, guests can kick back in the 100-seat dining room or at the bar where a wide variety of craft beer, whiskey and moonshine are available. The restaurant is named for Symon’s beloved bullmastiff, Mabel.
