A man is dead after a shooting in the City Blue shopping plaza on East 116th street Saturday afternoon.
According to Cleveland police, two people were shot around 1 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. Both were taken to University Hospitals, one of which had a gunshot wound to the chest. The person later died from their injuries.
No word on the other person's condition.
