CLEVELAND — Officers from the Cleveland Police Department are investigating a homicide after a body was found dismembered and burning in Cleveland's South Collinwood neighborhood, according to a release from police.
Shortly after 4:00 a.m. police responded to the area of Larchmont and Clermont roads for a report of a brush fire near the train tracks.

Police located a dismembered body on fire. The homicide unit responded to the scene, along with the medical examiner.
