Cleveland Police are investigating a shooting and car crash that left a man dead and others injured.
Around 9 p.m. Monday, Cleveland EMS responded to East 123rd Street and Euclid Avenue for a car that crashed into a pole.
First responders said a man who was around 30 years old was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 36-year-old woman was transported to the hospital in serious condition.
Two 6-year-old twins suffered minor injuries.
