A teenager was shot during an argument over a Black & Mild cigar on East 55th Street Saturday afternoon.
According to Cleveland police, the 16-year-old victim was in an argument with the 16-year-old suspect's 14-year-old younger brother over a Black & Mild cigar at around 3 p.m. Saturday.
The victim was shot in the chest and transported to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment.
The suspect has not been arrested, and Cleveland police are further investigating the incident.
