Three cars were involved in an accident at West 117th Street and Lorain Avenue on Wednesday, according to Cleveland police.
Police reported one of the crashes was a head on collision.
One of the drivers was under the influence of heroin, police said.
Paramedics transported three people to the hospital from the scene.
No further information was provided.
