CLEVELAND — The Urban League of Greater Cleveland is holding a virtual career fair on Thursday to help workers who have been displaced during the COVID-19 pandemic.

More than 20 employers looking to hire are participating in the OHZone Virtual Career Fair.

Last week, Ohioans filed 20,090 initial jobless claims, according to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.

ULGC teamed up with the Ohio To Work initiative, a program led by JobsOhio, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and several other departments to help Ohioans get back in a career.

The virtual job fair runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 15 and Oct. 16.
