A woman was struck and killed by a train on Thursday night.
Cleveland police and EMS were dispatched around 9:40 p.m. to the scene on Desmond Avenue near Silk Avenue.
First district police were assisting North Western Railroads with the incident. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. No further information is available.
