Cleveland police say evidence surrounding the discovery of a woman's body in a vehicle Thursday afternoon suggest the victim suffered a fatal overdose.
Police are still investigating after the woman's body was found on the city's east side.
The vehicle was located on the 17630 block of Lakeshore Boulevard.
Authorities didn't release any information on the woman's identity or age.
